February 9 2010

It's going to snow....a lot! Let's get to it.

Carly is bad-mouthing her husband to Sonny. This is beyond too far. Jax will always be second best. She rushed to tell Jason and Sonny before any loyalty to her own husband. She didn't even consider the possibility that he may have been right or done it for the reasons he said.

Dante's room. He tells Jason about his idiotic statement to the cops. Jason wants to know how far Dante is willing to take this now that he knows who his dad is.

Oh God. Elizabeth is having a dream sequence about The Scarlet Letter. Luke plays the judge and Liz is wearing a big A on her pilgrim uniform. She wakes up and heads out.

Lucky's gun is in Johnny's cheek. And no, that's not a euphemism.

Credits

Lucky let's Johnny up and apologizes. As a result, Coleman decides to buy the bar a round. Ethan comes in to save the day.

Elizabeth goes to see Luke because he's the only one that doesn't judge her. Except he totally judges her but makes a showing of saying he doesn't. She begs him to talk to Lucky for her.

Jax has putt Josslyn to sleep. Sam's pissed because she agrees with everything Jason says. She let's slip while Morgan is listening that Jax helped put Sonny in jail.

Sonny isn't surprised about what Jax did but is surprised about what Olivia did.. Poor Sonny. Poor Carly. Everyone is just out to get them! Woe is them! Why can't the world just go by their back-stabbing, cop-killing rules?

Dante said he didn't lie to protect Sonny and he's not going to tank the Claudia case. Jason wants to know why he lied...but then leaves. Huh...

Sonny reveals to Carly that it was Michael who told him about Dante. He tells her what happened the night he shot Dante. Carly's all: It's all right! You just shot someone! Doesn't matter because Jax liiiieeeeeddd. Thank God the scene is interrupted by STORMWATCH 2010!!! Oh My God! We're going to get snow! Bring your kids and pets in! I knew the show would be interrupted. I would just watch on soapnet tonight but I don't care that much. Do you?

Wow - that went on for a while. When we return to our regularly scheduled program, Liz is crying to Lucky at the haunted star. She pathetically begs him to take her back but Luke makes her leave. Lucky throws some shit around. Luke tells Lucky that he's onto a great scam and wants Lucky to come with him to Prague.

Ronnie is berating Dante about his statement. He reminds Dante about what happened to Michael. Dante insists that Sonny will go away for Claudia's murder but Ronnie thinks they need more than that. He's interrupted by Lulu who tells them to leave. Before he leaves, he informs Dante that internal affairs will be all over the situation. Dante jokes to Lulu that he might be fired. Great. I can see it now. He'll be fired and start working for Sonny. It's Guza's wet dream.

Jason tells Sonny that there's a problem within the organization but he doesn't mention who, just that he needs to be taken care of. Sonny whole-heartedly agrees but then asks Jason who he means. Jason: "Dante." Sonny: "D'oh!"

Luke talks more about the scam he wants to do with Lucky. He even gives Lucky his own fake passport. Lucky listens to the whole story and seems to consider it but then turns it down. He tells Luke that he pulled a gun on Johnny.

Ronnie runs into Olivia at the hospital. He wants Olivia to convince Dante to change his statement. Olivia doesn't want to. Olivia blames the police's laziness. I... I mean she's reaching here. He thinks her loyalty is towards Sonny. Olivia gets all momma-bear. She shames him into leaving, as Johnny arrives on the scene.

Carly arrives at Jason's to see Jax. They argue more about the same things. She keeps insisting that he did it for himself and his hated of Sonny. She tells Jax about what The Statement.

Dante tells Lulu that he wants Sonny in prison but his actions don't show it. There's still no valid reason why he lied about the shooting. Lulu tells him that she supports him no matter what he does. Dante thinks that he may lose his job over this. They flirt a little until he falls asleep.

Sonny tells Jason that Dante isn't a threat despite Jason's objections and proof that he is. He wants everyone to know that Dante is not to be touched.

Lucky talks about his lack of self-control with Johnny. No, that's not a euphemism. He wants to know why Liz was there and Luke tells him. Lucky was scared that his anger may have caused him to lose control with Elizabeth but Luke says it's not possible. Luke gives him a pep talk.

Liz hasn't stopped her cycle of crazy: She runs upstairs to get her engagement ring and then comes downstairs to cry and play with it because there is no set upstairs.

Jax is appalled that Dante lied about Sonny shooting him. He accuses her of putting the kids in danger by living at Jason's. He offers to move out so that she can move home with the kids.

Johnny asks about Dante but Olivia doesn't know because she's a bad mom. I mean...because he's so furious with her that she doesn't want to go in there. Johnny's trying not to judge and be mad at Olivia. She tells him that she loves him. They make out.

Lulu is snuggling up against Dante. What'd I tell you about watching those stitches, girl?

Sonny says that Dante is his son and gets the same reprieve as the rest of his kids. Jason argues that Dante will bring him down but Sonny thinks he can turn him around.

I don't see how this can end well.

February 8 2010

Welcome back! I hope you didn't get too much snow this weekend. My sister spent two days without electricity and stuck in her house which was surrounded by 29" of snow!

Lucky wishes Elizabeth was buried in 29" of snow but instead, she's at Jake's, starting at him. He approaches her. She heard he was spending time there and she wanted to see him but Lucky thinks she's trying to manipulate him and is only going to embarrass herself.

Jason's: Jason wants to know what's going on with Carly. She says that Jax destroyed everything. Not Sonny who shot his son, but Jax. Oy.

Jax and Michael are still fighting. Jax thinks Michael would have done the same thing.

Hospital room of lies: Sonny is grateful for what Dante is but Dante doesn't care. He says that Sonny being his father means nothing to him. I bet these two are enjoying family dinners by March.

Credits

Lucky says he was basically being used as a babysitter since they haven't been sleeping together lately. He wants to know if Nikolas wore protection. Spoiler? Elizabeth keeps persisting that she still loves him and wants to know if theirs hope.

Carly tells Jason about Jax's secrets.

Jax reminds Michael about Sonny misdeeds, the threat he poses and Michael's way of protecting his siblings. Jax wonders what Michael would do if it was his brother or sister that was in the same predicament he was in last year: Getting shot in the head and all.

Lulu is as perplexed as I am why Olivia is protecting Sonny after he shot her son. She brings up valid arguments but the writers can't make the same for Olivia. Because there really is no valid argument for why Olivia is protecting Sonny except that they don't want to lose Maurice Benard from the show. Olivia thinks Lulu needs to let Dante decide how to handle this.

Dante has learned his lesson about gangsters! They shoot people! They're bad! But Sonny says they're father and son! So everything is OK now! Dominic brings up Poletti again to prove that Sonny doesn't know the value of life.

Sonny has never claimed to be perfect so that excuses everything. He keeps calling him Dominic, by the way. Sonny respects Dante, but Dante despises him.

Michael admits he wouldn't ever want anything like the shooting to happen to his siblings but he doesn't think the only solution is to put Sonny in prison. Jax implores Michael not to confess to Claudia's murder. He says the adults need to work it out. Yeah, they've done a brilliant job so far.

Sam seems to have left because when Carly comes over, she owns Jason. Carly riles Jason up by continuing to talk about Jax and his actions and how he put Michael's life in danger. Of course, Jason gets completely caught up with it and agrees with everything that Carly says. She doesn't know what she wants to do - relationship-wise - about Jax.

Elizabeth tries to use Luke as a cheerleader in her corner. She wants to know what she can do to fix everything. Lucky has no idea what could possibly fix this. Lucky plays amateur psychologist by basically telling Liz to get her shit together. She wants to know what his intentions are towards the kids. Manipulative bitch.

Lucky warns Elizabeth not to use the boys to manipulate him, but she insists they're asking about him. She doesn't want him to punish the boys to get at her. Lucky relents. He says to tell them that he loves them. He doesn't want any more contact with her so he says he'll send a lawyer to mediate.

Waiting room. Johnny got Olivia Italian things because they're Italian. Johnny wants to know how the police could let a man visit the undercover cop he shot. Olivia explains Dante's and her respective statements. Johnny is as pissed as Lulu was. She lies that she's just backing Dante up. He thinks that his life is in danger now and Olivia never thought of that when she gave her statement. True - but wouldn't his life be in danger anyway whether or not Sonny went to prison?

Sonny tells Dante that that he did everything he could to save his life....after he shot him. Dante doesn't care. Lulu comes in and orders Sonny to get out. She tells Sonny that he's "worse than garbage" and the "friend of the family" routine isn't going to work anymore.

This is great. Lulu gets a lot of jabs in and Sonny pathetically defends himself yet again bringing up the "I didn't know he was my son" excuse. Lulu wonders if it's any less murder if they're not related to you. Sonny doesn't want to argue. Lulu once again orders him to get out. She then apologizes to Dante saying Sonny just "pisses [her] off". Welcome to the club, Lulu. Welcome to the club. I'm president. You can be treasurer.

Sam and Jason coo over Josslyn. Carly watches with admiration. She wants to go to GH to tell Sonny what Jax did. Of course she does. Jason needs to go too so Carly asks Sam to watch the kids. Sam gladly agrees but looks a bit nervous.

Coleman isn't so sure about pouring Lucky another drink. Lucky threatens that it would be easy to prove that Jake's is 'protected' by Sonny and he could shut it down. Coleman slides over another drink. Hee. Lucky wants to know how many times Nik and Liz hooked up there. Coleman: "What happens at Jake's, stays at Jake's". Lucky makes another empty threat, this time about the board of health and then asks if Nik and Liz ever used one of the upstairs rooms at Jake's. Coleman says no. He tries to give Lucky a healthy dose of AA, but Lucky keeps on drinking.

Sam's been trying to cheer Morgan up. He's pretty happy that Dante is his brother but wonders what Sonny will think. Jax drops by wanting to know where Carly is. Morgan tells him.

Carly and Jason are at the hospital. Jason's trying to separate from Carly because he has something he needs to do but Carly suspects he's doing something that Sonny will never forgive. She warns him not to but Jason doesn't listen to her.

Aww. Lulu lays in bed with Dante. Watch those stitches, girl. Seriously, he just had major surgery. He tells Lulu that Sonny wants him to forgive him. Lulu doesn't think he should. Dante is having second thoughts. Maxie shows up and talks about stupid things like Lulu's clothes but it's just an excuse to get Lulu out of the room so she can ask Dante about his "honest intentions".

Olivia, Sonny, Hospital Chapel. Talking to God. God's watching football. They argue. Blah blah blah. They're both being incredibly boring and hypocritical.

Johnny is joining Lucky at Jake's downing shots. Isn't this how his relationship with Olivia started? I wonder if Johnny and Lucky will end up in bed together. Maybe Johnny can teach Lucky how to shave. Instead of making out though, Johnny lectures Lucky about how awful the PCPD is and that once again, Sonny has won.

Elizabeth is at home getting Cameron and Jake ready to go to gram's for the thousandth time this week. He wants to know where his daddy is. She tries to explain to Cameron what happened between her and Lucky in that mom sort of way that doesn't really explain anything.

Johnny continues to babble and mouth off about how lucky Sonny Corinthos is. He tries to get Coleman to get in on it. He then tries to get into it with Lucky implying that Lucky and the rest of the cops are paid off by Sonny. While I agree with everything Johnny is saying, he knows the drill. He's in the business and decided to stay in the business so the same things that benefit Sonny benefit him as well. For the most part. Oh and the ending of this scene? Lucky pulls a gun on him. Nice.

Sonny is praying and zzzzzzzzz. Carly comes in.

Lulu is showering at General Hospital. She starts sobbing.

Maxie wants to know if Dante was faking his feelings for Lulu so she'd keep his cover. Before Dante can give a real answer, Jason comes in and kicks her out. Jason stays 'stone cold' and mute while Dante rambles. He wants to know how Jason is going to kill him. Jason continues to look constipated.

February 5 2010

Jax House: Carly is shocked that Jax knew everything.

The airstrip: Sonny still doesn't want to leave the country but Jason is trying hard to convince him.

PCPD Interrogation room:Mac and Ronnie question Olivia. She says she can't help them to arrest Sonny.

Dante's hospital room: Dante asks Lucky to turn off the tape recorder. He needs a moment. To think up a lie? Moment over. He's ready now. After the tape recorder turns on, Dante says the shooting was an accident and so ends my faith in Dante.

Credits: You don't deserve a place in the credits, Dante Falconari.

Nurse's station: Epiphany introduces Liz to a kid who got burned. Mom says it's her fault because she and her boyfriend were screwing while Jimmy was cooking in the kitchen. Liz continues the crazy kick she's been on for weeks by telling this woman that she's a bad mother for not putting her kids needs in front of her own. Ephiany's all: Dude. Duuuude.

Carly is not taking this well as we knew she wouldn't. Jax defends himself as we knew he would. The arguments we expected transpire. She thinks it's all about Sonny.

Jason continues to try to convince Sonny to leave. Sonny doesn't want to walk away from his son.

Olivia says they're more concerned with capturing Dante then defending anyone. Ronnie: "What is wrong with you?" I don't know, Ronnie, but I really want to punch my TV right now. Oh and Ronnie? I'm totally crushing on you right now. I hope he stays in Port Charles. Olivia explains what happened She lies and says she doesn't know if Sonny was holding the gun. Ronnie, my boyfriend, totally calls her on it.

Lucky turns the tape recorder off. Lulu doesn't understand and Lucky tells her not to interfere. He warns Dante about what happens to cops who make false statements. Dante gives his statement. He says he suspected his cover was blown and he suspected that Sonny had put a hit on him so he went over to Sonny's apartment to arrest him. He then LIES and says Sonny wasn't there when he got there and makes up some cockamamie story about trying to take the bullets out of the gun and it went off. I'll be right back. I need to hit something. Ow. Ok, better now. Lucky doesn't believe him and doesn't think anyone else will believe him either.

Epiphany chides Liz but she's still on her Crazy. Nikolas pulls her away and tells her take some time off. He orders her take a leave of absence. She feels like she's the only one 'paying' for the affair they had.

Lucky "weird facial hair" Spencer gives Dante a life lesson in father/son relationships. He knows what it's like to have a dad on the other side of the law. He mentions the gun powder that would be on Dante's hand if his story was true and exits. Dante "no-longer-my-boyfriend" Falconeri jokingly asks Lulu if he she has a recently fired gun in her possession. Lulu says she's trying not to make her opinion known but when forced, she says she hates it. Dante says he didn't do it for Sonny but for himself.

My Boyfriend Ronnie pleads to Olivia's personal side bringing up early memories of when Ronnie and Dante were kids. Olivia insists she's not perjuring herself. She truthfully says she wasn't in the room when Dante was shot. Ronnie is really disappointed with Olivia and informs her that Dante will be as well. The interrogation is interrupted by Lucky who calls Mac and tells him of Dante's statement.

Jax tries to get Carly to admit that Sonny's life is dangerous but Carly says he knew all that when he married her. She thinks that Jax just wants to frame Sonny. Jax rightfully says that Sonny is no innocent. UGH. I have a feeling these arguments are going to on for a while.

Carly wants to know why he told her. Jax said he could have kept quiet but didn't want to lie. [for 10 more months....] Jax makes some great arguments but Carly is stubborn. She finally walks out.

Sonny arrives at the hospital. Luke is there (why?) and they talk about what happened. He wants to know how Sonny managed to escape bail.

Dante says it's now personal. He says he screwed up; that he wants Sonny to go down clean for shooting Claudia, not him. I don't really get it and neither does Lulu but she gives him her support. Morgan comes to the hospital room. He wants to know if Dante was really his friend or part of the cover-up and....I'm totally not tearing up. Totally not.

Jason, Sam and beer walk into Jason's apartment with a plan to order chinese. That sounds like a good idea. He tells Sam that Sonny didn't leave the country and she's not surprised. They decide to just shut up about the whole thing for the night.

Keifer comes to see Kristina at her house. She tells him about Sonny shooting a cop. He knew. She gets all anti-Sonny again and Keifer takes it as a moment to start making out with her.

Sonny/Luke: Blah blah blah, I liked Dante, blah blah blah, he's like me, blah blah blah, I should have seen it. Sonny tells Luke about what Michael saw/overheard and the snowball of actions that happened afterwards.

Dante tells Morgan their friendship wasn't a lie. Morgan asks about the shooting and Dante tells him about the statement. He says it's complicated because his job involves putting his father away. Morgan doesn't hate him! He's his brother! He's glad he's alive! They Hug! Not! Tearing! Up!

Jake's: Lucky walks in to see Nikolas having a drink. Apparently Nkolas summoned him. he thought it was neutral territory but Lucky reminds him that this is where the affair started. Nikolas tells Lucky about Liz's Crazy. He wants Lucky to help but Lucky thinks it's none of his business.

Kristina wants to stop but Keifer thinks fucking will make her feel better. He's such slime. Keifer insults Sonny and for some reason she defends her dad. Keifer is all confused and they start yelling at each other. Kristina yells at him to get out and Keifer slaps her.

Carly is holding Josselyn. She's leaving. They argue some more and Carly really doesn't make a lot of sense. She's angry at him, not for lying to her about something important - but for not having his family's best interest at heart which is totally not the case. Morgan comes in and tells them he went to visit Dante. Carly tells him they're leaving and will explain everything later.

Lulu has brought Dante some sweet tea. She learned from his mom that he likes it when he's under-the-weather. She informs him that she learned a lot from Olivia when they were both excruciatingly waiting for Dante to come out of surgery. Dante talks nicely about his mom.

Luke thinks Sonny won't get out of shooting a cop. Sonny thinks if he tells Dante he's sorry everything will be OK! Luke leaves and Olivia comes over to tell Sonny about Dante's statement.

Nikolas is gone but Lucky is still at Jakes. He takes a couple of shots of whiskey. Liz shows up.

Jason and Sam's make-out session is interrupted by a knock at the door. It's Carly, Morgan and Josselyn. They're moving in! Sam's face: Helllll know.

Jax tells Michael about his involvement in the case against Sonny. Michael punches him!

Olivia tells Lulu about what she told the cops. Lulu hates that once again, Sonny is getting away with hurting people. Olivia thinks his guilt will hurt Sonny enough. Yeah, Olivia, judges should hand out that sentence: "For the murder of all those innocent people, I hereby sentence you to feel guilty."

Sonny finally comes to see Dante but he's a sleep. He slowly opens his eyes. Dante: "Hey, dad. Turns out you're one hell of a shot". Hee.

The actress who plays Kristina does a mini-PSA about teen dating abuse. Great.

February 4 2010

Hospital chapel: In retrospect, Olivia thinks she should have told Dante the truth the moment she found out he was in Port Charles. Jax thinks he needs to tell his family soon. What are you waiting for, Jax? Olivia thinks it's ironic that Dante got shot because she was trying to protect him. It's like rain on her wedding day. These people need to stop throwing that word around.

Jason is trying to convince Carly to convince Sonny to leave the country. She thinks Jax will be furious with her if she does. Why? I think if Sonny is gone, whether it be jail or another country, it really wouldn't matter to jax.

Interrogation room: Sonny is brought in to talk to Diane...without handcuffs. Sonny wants to know how Dante is and Diane snarks that if he was dead, Sonny would be brought up on worse charges. Diane wants to talk about the case, specifically getting bail but Sonny just wants to know how Dante is doing. She brings up our phrase of the month, "Murder with special circumstances".

Dante still thinks he was dreaming about Sonny being his father. For some reason he pronounces Corinthos with a spanish accent. Lulu tells him that it's all true. Dante: Damn, I knew I was half latin, know-what-I'm-sayin'?

Jax tells Olivia he plans to tell Carly about his involvement. WHEN? They talk of shoulda woulda and couldas. Jax thinks Morgan didn't even know what Sonny did for a living. Really? Jax is afraid to tell Carly but Olivia encourages him to tell her before someone else does.

Carly and Jason argue some more about Sonny leaving the country. Carly argues that he will never leave his kids but Jason seems to be more concerned with Michael not going to jail. He thinks if Sonny leaves the country, then he'll look completely guilty and Michael will never be suspected.

Kids at the Jax's. Kristina and Morgan both think Michael is lying about killing Claudia. He explains what happened that night.

Sonny needs to get out. His claustrophobia isn't addressed; Sonny just wants to see his son. This whole scene makes my head hurt. Sonny is like six year old autistic child who doesn't understand life's rules or the logic that's coming out of his mom's mouth. He wants out of jail. He wants to make Dante understand that he's not a threat to him after he shot him. Diane doesn't get paid enough.

Dante can't wrap his mind around the truth of him and Sonny. He, like Lulu the other day, compares it to a tragic opera. Dante tells Lulu everything about when Sonny shot him. He fuzzily remembers his mom was there after he was shot and what she said. He suddenly realizes that his mom has been lying to him his whole life.

Lucky is playing pool. Mac asks him if he's OK and warns him that it's a bad idea for him to drink. He tries to be a supportive dad-like creature. Lucky just wants to have a drink. I'd side with Lucky on this if I knew the writers weren't itching to make him an alcoholic as well as an addict. I know sometimes the two are inseparable but I don't think that is or should be Lucky's case. Still - this is one of those instances where this show gets black and white.

Interrogation room where a murder and attempted cop-murder suspect is walking around without handcuffs. Has anyone discovered the missing gun yet? This station is such a joke. A cop (at least there's one manned outside) let's Carly in. She tells him that Dante woke up and is in ICU. The claustrophobia is hinted at but doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. He talks about the night that he, Dante and Olivia had Christmas dinner. He goes over the moments before and after he shot Dante.

Morgan thinks Michael is a hero for what he did. Molly thinks that Diane can get him out of it because it seems like self-defense but of course there's no more evidence. Alexis walks in and she notices that everyone shut up the moment she walked in the room.

Sam meets Jason at the apartment. He tells her that Carly is at the PCPD and may try to convince Sonny to flee. Seriously two seconds after Sam gets there, there is a knock at the door. There's only one elevator in that building and they're on the penthouse floor; that's one fast elevator! Ronnie is there with a few cops and a warrant to search the place revealing that he's a cop too. He says he wants to make it his personal mission to make Jason Sonny's prison cell bitch.

Mac still wants Lucky to quit with the drinking but his secret motive is that he wants Lucky to question Dante.

Olivia finally comes to see Dante. Lulu leaves them alone. He asks her if she was ever going to tell him the truth about Sonny.

Sonny blames himself for not knowing. Carly informs him that he's in a no-win situation.

The cops are searching while Ronnie questions Sam about owning a red wig. He suspects that the red-headed whore at the PCPD was Sam. The cops find nothing and leave. Ronnie warns Jason about being an accessory to murder one. Fortunately he doesn't use the phrase of the month. After he leaves, Jason worries about Sonny.

Jason and Sam talk about alibis and the possibility of her home being searched. She's not worried. Jason thinks if Sonny does skip bail, he'll lose his place. I guess Sonny owns Jason's apartment? Side note:I miss Sonny's penthouse. Sam says that if even if Jason loses everything, he'll still has her. That's comforting, Sam.

Nancy Grahn is working with four children. Poor thing. Alexis wants to know what they all know. They tell her. Molly thinks that it could all go away but Alexis isn't so optimistic. She tells Kristina specifically that it's okay to love Sonny and hate what he does. She says that there isn't one person in that room that Sonny wouldn't give up his life for. Except maybe Molly, I add.

Carly brings up Sonny fleeing the country and tries to convince him of doing it. She argues all the points. As usual, Sonny doesn't see the logic.

Olivia admits she never wanted Dante to know the truth but she also says she should have told him the moment she saw him in Port Charles. She gives him all the reasons we already know. He wants to know who knows and she lists the names. She also tells him of her trip to Agent Rayner's office. He calls his mom a liar.

Sam entertains the thought of Jason becoming a PI with her if he couldn't work for Sonny anymore. She also says he can move in with her. He jokes that if he moves in with her she'd have to wear her hooker boots at least once a week. Sexy humor! Who knew you were capable, Jason? Kiss interrupted by his cell - It's Diane.

Lulu sees Jax at the hospital. She talks frankly about how he was involved and wants him to tell Carly the truth before she does.

Diane informs Sonny that he gets bail but apparently it's set pretty high. We don't hear an exact figure.

Dante talks about his childhood. He's pretty angry with Olivia and she defends her choices. She compares him to Sonny. They rehash the same shoulda woulda couldas. She thinks he should rest and leaves when Dante gets touchy. Outside his room, Ronnie tells Olivia that things are about to get worse.

Jax meets Carly at home. She tells him she talked Sonny into jumping bail. He, in turn, tells Carly everything about what he knew.

Jason informs Sonny about a plan to get Sonny into Argentina

Olivia arrives at the PCPD. Mac will be taking her statement since Agent Rayner flew back to DC. I guess they didn't want to pay the actor anymore.

Lulu brings Dante coffee. Yeah, that's what he needs. He talks about Sonny and his mother. Lulu defends Olivia. Lucky comes in. He asks Dante if he's up to giving his statement. Lucky preps for the questioning and turns on a tape recorder.

Back and forth scene:
Sonny doesn't want to go away.
Mac and Ronnie want to know what Oliva saw.
Sonny doesn't want to leave his kids.
Lucky asks Dante how he got shot. With a gun, Lucky.

DUN!

February 3 2010

Jason is at the police station with Diane. He wants to see Sonny but Diane tells him that no one is allowed to see Sonny. She says they're waiting see if Dante lives or dies to know what to charge Sonny with. Jason looks to see a prostitute being taken in by a cop into the PCPD. The prostitute is Sam. [sic] Jason's eyes are all: You've got some 'splaining to do!

Jax house: MIchael tells Jax that he wants to go to the PCPD to tell them he killed Claudia.

Hospital chapel: Carly is being uncharacteristically nice to Olivia, especially after what she found out. She explains that she knows everything and empathizes with what she's going through. Maybe Carly is growing? Gosh.

Post-Surgery. I guess Dante didn't die: Lulu is at Dante's bedside egregiously comparing their situation to the opera they saw on their first date. She optimistically plans their next date. She notices that Luke has appeared at the door and goes to hug him. Aww, Lulu needs her daddy.

Credits.

Patrick is looking over Dante's chart when Robin walks over. She's still mad at him for keeping Dante's secret. Lisa is looking for Dante's chart. Patrick compliments her on a job well done but she says Steven was the one who should take the credit. His ears ringing, Steven walks over and asks Lisa if there are any improvements. Patrick compliments him as well as if he's shocked that the chief of surgery could save a life.

Luke tells Lulu he heard all the recent news from Nikolas. The only thing he didn't find out is that Dante is an undercover cop which Lulu gladly tells him. Luke is befuddled by all the self-delusion; that Dante thought he could bring the Corinthos organization down and that Sonny could think he could shoot a cop and get away with it. Lulu can't believe that Sonny could shoot his own son. He didn't know, Lulu. Otherwise killing is perfectly OK.

Olivia brings up what happened to Michael. She says that Michael's situation confirmed that hiding the secret was the right thing to do. Carly defends Sonny that he didn't have a choice when he was younger. Olivia rightly insists that everyone has a choice. They agree to disagree. Carly wonders why she didn't tell Dante when he was assigned to the case. Because then there wouldn't have been a year of drama!

Michael is seriously considering going to the police; even asking for a lawyer. Jax thinks it's too late for Michael to confess, especially since Sonny destroyed the evidence. He also knows that Sonny would never let him.

Sam, who is calling herself "Taffee Ryan", is sitting in a ridiculous outfit. She charms the poor gullible police officer in a fake southern accent. She's actually kind of funny as she slyly gets the information on Sonny from the cop who is trying to impress her. She really only finds out that the evidence against Sonny is strong.

Diane tries to get info out of Jason but he can only look at Sam. Diane finally realizes it's Sam and then pounces on Jason to let her know if they're up to something.

Jason has no idea why Sam is there. Diane thinks Sam may have been brought in having been mistaken for a prostitute while undercover on one of her PI assignments. She offers to help but Jason wants to talk about the case. He thinks the biggest problem Sonny has is the gun he was arrested with. Diane thinks Sonny has lots of problems. That's an understatement. She thinks that she can prove reasonable doubt with Claudia's murder but thinks the Dante part of things is going to be difficult.

Sam fishes some more. She "accidently" spills coffee on the officer's desk who goes off to get another form leaving a plastic bag with a gun alone. Really? First of all, who left the gun on some random officer's desk? I hope he gets fired. Sam puts the gun in her hooker boot. Renier arrives on the scene but it's unclear yet if he knows what's going on. Diane looks worried whereas Jason just looks constipated. Diane is pissed that Sam is interfering with a federal case.

Olivia, lighting a candle for Dante, asks Carly what she would have done differently. Carly says she did the same thing with Michael and AJ. They both agree they tell the truth as a last resort. They also agree that they like each other...and Dominic. And then they make out.

Evidently Luke didn't know that Dante was Sonny's son either. So...what exactly did Nikolas tell him? They recap everything that happened from when Dante was conceived until now. Lulu finally makes sense saying that Sonny's paternity shouldn't have been the only reason not to shoot Dante. Luke thinks it's just business.

Agent Rayner (I've totally spelled his name wrong for the past few reacps) wants to know why a "perp" is walking around the the police station unsupervised. Before Sam can turn around, Jason runs out to distract him. He asks Rayner when he can see Sonny. Rayner threatens to arrest him too but Diane throws out some legal jargon. Office Gullible comes back and apologizes but Rayner isn't hearing it. Apparently Sam got arrested for "loitering". Rayner tells him to not waste valuable resources and cut her loose with a summons. Do people really get arrested for loitering? I guess that was Sam's ingenious plan. He let's her go. Diane wants to know where the warrant is that was issued to arrest Sonny.

Davis house: Molly lets Michael and Morgan in. Kristina informs Michael that she already knows their dad was arrested. What she didn't know was Dante's real identity. Kristina can't believe it. She thinks it's sick that Sonny has killed/hurt two members of his family.

Now Tracy and Ethan get the news from Luke. Can't they just send an e-mail?

Carly brings food for Lulu. They agree that Dante is strong. Lulu praises Dante while slamming Sonny. Carly remains uncharacteristically quiet about the latter. She feels guilty that she pushed him away all that time. Carly thinks she needs to give Dante a reason to live.

I'm excited for Modern Family tonight. Great show y'all! Gotta watch it!

Carly defends Sonny (there it is!) and Lulu gets angry. Carly thinks Lulu needs to use that anger for Dante and talk to him. Lulu says that Dante can't hear him but Carly thinks one of the reasons Michael woke up (after a year) is because they spoke to him. She gives her some more inspirational talk.

Tracy thinks the last thing Lulu needs is to be involved with a Corinthos kid. Ethan just wants to know what he can do to be a loving brother since he's new to all this. Luke tells him to just be there. Ethan leaves. Luke thinks Sonny's going to go to jail. Tracy is surprised that Luke is sad about that. Luke says that Sonny has been a friend. He adds that he doesn't see anything positive coming out of Lulu dating Dante.

Robin wants to know what's up with Dante. Steven says he's stable. Robin thinks that's good news and she compliments Steven for a job well done. He walks away, taking the compliment in stride. Robin and Patrick argue about some other case. Robin is still pissed about the secret Patrick kept.

Kristina and Michael fight on the side of Dante and Sonny respectively. Morgan and Molly side with Kristina. Sometimes this show learns a new phrase, be it medical, legal or otherwise, and then constantly repeat it over and over again. In this case, our new phrase of the month is a legal one: "Murder with special circumstances." It's uttered for like fourth time this episode; this time by Molly.

Patrick insists that it wasn't his secret to tell. He also compares that Robin didn't tell him about Liz and Nik's affair. She justifies that it's two different things. She says that when she found out about AJ, she told. Patrick snarks that that didn't help anyone. Robin storms off. ...which gives Patrick a perfect excuse to ask Lisa to go get a beer. Lisa is happy!

Luke thinks it's ironic that Lulu fell in love with an undercover cop that turned out to be the son of a mobster. Yes, Luke - it's like two thousand spoons when all you need is a knife. Tracy wants to know how long Lulu has known. He thinks it had to be at least several months. They wonder if Dante really loves Lulu since according to Luke, being an undercover cop is being a liar by nature.

Jax is at the hospital chapel when Olivia walks in. He's praying for Dante. He's also praying that Carly will forgive him. Olivia wants to know what Jax thinks the outcome of all of this will be. Jax thinks that Dante will most likely press charges against Sonny if he makes it through. But Sonny has the General Hospital Powers That Be to protect him.

Lulu orders Dante to live as Carly instructed her before. She goes on and on about how he's the love of her life. She's interrupted by Ethan. Ethan encourages and comforts her. Dante wakes and is happy to see Lulu.

jax home. Jason comes by and tells Carly that Spinelli is working on the Franco DVD. He says Diane is trying to get Sonny released on bail and asks her to talk Sonny into leaving the country.

The kids are still arguing about Sonny. It gets heated until Michael confesses that he killed Claudia.

Olivia doesn't know what to say to Dante when he wakes up.

Lulu tells Ethan to find a doctor. Dante likes that Lulu is using his real name. She tells Dante that he flat-lined on the table. He thinks that Sonny being his father was just a dream.

February 2 2010

Happy Groundhog's Day! Will Sonny see his five-o-clock shadow?

We begin with a short retread of what happened yesterday: Jason overhearing the DVD of Franco that Molly and Morgan are playing. Sam, Jax, Carly & Michael hear too. Carly informs everyone that the package was addressed to Josselyn and they received it before they left for the church. Molly is really scared!

Lulu frantically searches for Dominic's phone when Max walks in. She wants to know what Sonny did to Dominic.

Olivia catches Sonny talking about his parentage to an unconscious Dante and isn't too thrilled.

Credits: I figured as soon as Sonny knew, Dominic/Dante would be on the credits. Nope. After a year, still nothing.

Lisa explains the surgery to Patrick and Robin. Patrick wants to operate. Lisa insists that this is her area of expertise and Robin agrees. Patrick counters that Dominic is a cop and could die and then inflates his own ego by saying that if anyone but he operates, Sonny will go to jail for killing a cop.

Mac drags Maxie to the police interrogation room where Agent Ranier is standing. She rambles about nothing important and he cuts her off. He tries to drill it into her head that she has to testify. She recognizes Agent Ranier and calls him "that mean agent guy who made trouble for Spinelli." Agent Ranier likes that moniker. Ronnie comes in. He informs them that Dante (without saying his name) never met him where they were supposed to. Mac suspects Sonny. Maxie tells Mac that Sonny didn't show up to the christening either. Another officer enters. This is like a Marx Brothers movie! He informs everyone that an ambulance went to Sonny's estate to pick up a gun shot victim. They all assume the victim is Sonny. Ronnie gives away the under cover's name and Maxie is shocked. Way to go, Ronnie. On that point, he said Dominic and not Dante. If he was going to accidently slip up and say the undercover cop's name - why not say his real name? No one seems to care. I guess that's because the case is over. Ranier drops another bomb: that Sonny is Dante's father.

Johnny runs into Sonny's living room. Max is there sans Lulu. He fills Johnny in that Lulu saw the blood and ran off. He says that he saw the security feed which showed Dominic getting picked up by an ambulance. I'm assuming there was no feed in the house that could show who shot Dominic.

Steve kicks Olivia and Sonny out while he checks on Dominic some more. Olivia chides Sonny for telling Dominic who he is while fighting for his life. Sonny said he just wanted to calm Dominic down. He scolds her for keeping the secret this long and says he's not going to leave his son now.

The Jax clan, along with Jason and Carly are all wondering about the DVD. The adults want the kids to leave but they think they have a right to know what's going on. Sam finally tries to get them out of the room, but not before Lulu barges in asking if Sonny killed Dominic.

Lulu tells Jason what she saw at Sonny's and wants to know what happened. Jason says he doesn't know but Lulu is incredulous. She drops the bomb about Dominic being an undercover cop. Carly's all whaaaaaaaaa? She keeps asking what happened but Jason honestly says he doesn't know. She tells Jason that she's going to check the hospital and if she finds out that Sonny's dead, her next stop will be the police where she'll tell them everything she knows about Sonny and Jason and their organization. Whoa, dude!

Robin still argues that Patrick shouldn't be head surgeon in Dante's case but Lisa for some reason all of a sudden becomes Patrick's head cheerleader. Steve intervenes telling Robin that someone needs to talk Sonny down.

Maxie doesn't believe Renier's statement that Sonny is Dante's father. Ronnie says he's known Dante his whole life and says it's impossible. Mac, who has lived in Port Charles for a very long time and knows there are illegitimate kids around every corner, considers it. He asks Renier where all this came from. He tells them that Olivia told him. That makes Ronnie believe. Max thinks it's ironic that Sonny tried to kill his own kid. Wait, when did they find out that it was Dante who was shot and not Sonny?

Patrick gets naked in the locker room when Lisa comes in and they discuss the case. Lisa eyes Patrick's body but we don't get to see yet because apparently the director thought that her reaction was more important. Bad, director, bad.

Sonny tries to get into it with Olivia again about the lying. She doesn't want to get into it now, but when Sonny forces the issue, she retorts with the fact that he shoots people for a living. He keeps going on about the betrayal. He wants to know what was so bad that she had to withhold the truth. I think she just told you, Sonny. He blames the whole mess on Olivia, saying if she had told the truth, he wouldn't have shot Dante. Yes, it's her fault that you kill people for a living. Dick. They get into a yelling match when Robin interrupts to tell him to calm down. So here it is. Sonny has been betrayed. Let the wrath begin.

We finally get to see Patrick's lovely body as they continue to discuss the case. When he's dressed, Lisa questions Patrick's reasons for doing the surgery. He insists he's the best man for the job.

Jason finds out what happened to Dante on the phone with the hospital. Morgan is worried. Carly is pissed. Jax is mum. Kristina gets incredibly angry saying her dad is basically the devil. To Michael's disbelief, she announces that she wishes her dad would go to prison for the rest of his life. Sam takes her and Molly away. Michael defends Sonny to the remaining party. Morgan wants to see Dominic at the hospital. Jason goes instead. Michael is left alone with Jax and asks him what went wrong. Jax lies that he doesn't know.

Renier shows up at Sonny's pad flashing his credentials with Ronnie and some cops. Max who has completely cleaned the place let's him in. Ronnie says that they won't get away with this and that the two paramedics who came in can testify that there was blood in the living room. I'm sure CSI Port Charles can use a UV light or something.

Olivia talks to Dante by his bedside encouraging him. She goes on for a while.. Johnny stops by. She thinks Johnny is there to unload on him but he's not. He's there to be by her side. And this is why we love Johnny.

Robin tries to calm Sonny down. He talks about everything he's said before. She lied to me....blah blah blah...Dominic was awesome like me...blah blah blah...why didn't I see it? Blah.

Lulu finds Matt(!) and asks about Dominic. After he updates her on the situation, she sees Sonny and goes crazy on his ass but is held off by Robin. Go Lulu. I know a lot of people don't like Lulu and for a while she was starting to annoy me, but I'm completely warming up to her. It might just be that anyone who hates Sonny is OK in my book.

When we come back, Lulu is still going crazy. Nikolas shows up and tries to hold her back as well. Sonny's only defense was that he didn't know. He tells a shocked Lulu that he's Dante's father. So wait...it's ok to kill people if they're not your son?

Patrick and Lisa scrub for the surgery but Steven walks in and informs him that he'll be doing the surgery with Lisa's assist. Don't they have a board where the chief of surgery tells them what surgeries they're going to be doing? Even last minute surgeries are assigned. Don't these people watch Grey's Anatomy? Patrick argues that the victim's father wants him to do the surgery while Steven argues that Patrick is a brain surgeon. Steven wins the argument by basically saying that he's the boss and his dad could beat up Patrick's dad.

Johnny thinks he should have known about Dante since he and Olivia are so much alike. Olivia talks like a mom and praises her son. Lulu comes in with Nikolas. Johnny gives her his seat and Olivia confirms the parentage mystery to her.

Carly tries to calm her family down and be all optimistic. Morgan agrees with Kristina that her dad's a murderer. Michael and Morgan argue about Sonny and Dominic. Carly tries to cheer Morgan up by telling him that not all gun shot wounds are life-threatening. Another Port Charles statistic. In fact, he'll probably be out of the hospital in a week!

Jason stops by the hospital and asks Robin if he could talk to Sonny alone. Sonny fills Jason in on everything. Jason thinks they need to get Sonny out of the country but Sonny doesn't want to leave his son.

Commercials: Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin are hosting the Oscars. Really?

Jason tries to convince Sonny to leave the country but he's not having it. What happened to those cops from yesterday? Jason calls Diane.

Maxie and Robin gossip about Dante and Sonny.

Olivia laments with Lulu.

Steven informs Nikolas and Johnny that he'll be doing the surgery and then tells Lulu and Olivia that someone will be here soon to take Dante to surgery.

Morgan wonders if Dominic was really his friend. Jax and Carly convince him that he is.

Patrick gets naked again to change back to his regular clothes. Lisa ogles, as do I. Patrick is worried about Dante. He doesn't seem to trust Steven and asks Lisa to be there in lieu of him and do her best.

Maxie talks to Johnny about Dante. He wonders why Sonny isn't in jail. Johnny snarks about "poor Sonny". He feels for Lulu and Olivia and walked away because he didn't want to tear into Sonny in front of them.

Sonny argues with Steven that he wants Patrick to do the surgery. Steven insists that he's the best man for the job. Sonny threatens him that he'd better save his son's life. Yeah, because added tension is really what a surgeon needs. What a dick.
He goes to stand by Dante's door, watching Olivia beg Dante to pull through this. Dante wakes up to see Lulu. She tells him she loves him and kisses his forehead.

Morgan doesn't understand why Sonny would shoot someone who saved his life. Carly teaches Morgan how to pray. Jax looks guilty.

Lulu has been left alone with Nikolas. She knows she's supposed to be mad at Nikolas but she's too worried. He let's her spill her thoughts onto him.

Michael arrives at the hospital and asks jason about Dominic's condition. Jason fills Michael in on Sonny's patronage. Sonny walks in and confirms it. Ronnie gets off the elevator and arrests Sonny in front of Olivia and Johnny. He takes Sonny's gun and wonders aloud if it was the gun he used to shoot Dante. He's completely angry for his friend but manages to get out the first few lines of the miranda rights. Sonny basically waives the right to remain silent. He says he won't leave while his son is in surgery but the cops drag him away.

Surgery: Patrick looks through a window at the surgery. Dante slips into a dream. He watches a young version of himself on what looks like a fake Brooklyn street. Sonny gets out of a limo. Young Dante, who looks like the actor who plays Morgan (maybe it's him?), runs after Sonny with a stickball bat. Sonny shoots him. Back on the operating table, Dante has flat-lined.

February 1 2010

Welcome to February. Aren't you all excited after what happened last week? What will happen next??

Not so fast! First we get a retread of the last 10 minutes of Friday. I'm not going to go through it again, so if you missed it, read the last recap. They added just a bit. Olivia shouts at sonny to call 911. Sonny's confused as to why she's calling Dominic Dante. She tells him he's her son and Sonny's too. DUN!

Credits.

The christening [finally] ends. Josselyn is now christened.

Sonny is on the phone with 911. After he gives them info, he asks if Dante is really his son. Not the time Sonny. Olivia agrees with me and yells at Sonny to get a towel.

At the church, Lulu is asking Johnny if he's seen Dominic. Johnny thinks maybe Dante is arresting Sonny now and just didn't tell her. She has a bad feeling. On the other side of the church, Luke jokes that they got through a whole ceremony without a shoot-out. Tracy wants to go home but Lucky thinks they should support Lulu. Luke just thinks it's great that he has all three of his kids in sight and safe.
Morgan goes to ask Michael where Sonny and Dominic are. Michael thinks something came up with Sonny and he takes this as another opportunity to tell Morgan that he can't trust Dominic. Morgan thinks they'll be at the party.

Dante is really bleeding out. Sonny wants to take "his son" straight to the hospital. Olivia wants to wait for the paramedics. Sonny wants to know why she didn't tell him the truth; he scoffs that Dante was such a good cop that he'd put away his own father. Olivia informs him that Dante doesn't know. Sonny berates Olivia and tells her that things could have been different if he had known and he'd never shoot his own son.

Sonny puts two and two together regarding the carnival we hear the sirens whaling overhead. They uselessly argue more about Dante. Olivia runs towards the sirens. Sonny tells an unconscious Dante that this would never have happened if he had known. Olivia runs the paramedic in and informs him of Dante's medical record as Sonny looks on. It's hard to tell what Sonny's thinking since all his expressions pretty much look the same.

Maxie is running her mouth about something unimportant to Spinielli and Lulu when she's interrupted by Father Coates who invites everyone back to the Jax home for the reception. Alexis approaches Jax to tell him that she can't make it to the reception. Molly pulls Morgan away to do something "in the name of love". I think you're barking up the wrong tree there, Molly. Michael asks Jax if he knows where Sonny is and wants to know if he got the case shut down yet. Jax lies that he's still waiting for confirmation. He unknowingly guilts Jax by thanking him. Lady Jane overhears the conversation and chides Jax for lying to Michael. Jax insists he's doing it all for his family.
Carly thanks Jason for being Josselyn's Godfather and her BFF forever! She can't believe Sonny didn't come. Bobbie(!) interrupts suggesting something came up. OMG! I didn't see Bobbie on Friday! And she had a line!

Olivia climbs in the ambulance but the paramedic stops Sonny. Sonny says Dante's his son and the paramedic lets him in.

So Molly's big plan was to keep Jason and Sam there and hint at a wedding between them. And it's just as annoying and inappropriate as you might think. Un-Comfortable! Shut up, Molly. They handle it better than I would; i.e. they don't slap the effing shit out of her.

Carly welcomes the Spencer clan to her home. She hints to Lucky that there's sparkling cider. Ha! Luke's all 'no cider for us.' Carly whispers to Luke that she blames Liz for all of this. Suprise, surprise. He reminds her that she shouldn't talk considering all the marriages that have her tread marks on them. Ha! Go Luke! He adds that he wouldn't judge. Lulu falls back on an old argument that I hate. It's an argument that this soap has used countless times and it's just so ridiculous. She says that Carly never claimed to be an angel but Elizabeth did. This is stupid for a couple of reasons: 1) I don't think Elizabeth ever claimed to be an angel. 2) Just because you can admit that you're a back-stabbing whore, doesn't make it all right for you to be a back-stabbing whore.
Weird aside of people who don't normally talk. Monica compliments Maxie on how far she's come. Spin agrees.
Max and Milo worry about Sonny but try not to show it when Michael joins them.
Lulu tries again to call Dante. His phone rings in his jacket which is at Sonny's.

Molly continues to embarrass Sam and Jason. It's just too excruciating. She keeps throwing out cliches. Morgan has had enough. He wants to go to the party. Sam tries desperately to be a big sister and doesn't knee her in the face. Jason sighs and tells her to drop it.

Ambulance of remorse: Now Sonny thinks that maybe Olivia lied to save her son. She insists that Dante is his. They fight some more until we hear a beep. The paramedic announces that Dante is going into shock.

Maxie and Spinelli try to calm Lulu down.
Lucky and Ethan bond. Lucky drinks and appreciates that Ethan isn't trying to stop him.
Carly makes an announcement and thanks everyone for being there. She thanks Jax, especially.

Olivia tries to talk to the unconscious Dante to make herself feel better.

Dante has made it to the hospital alive. Dr. Steve greets him and shoots out some medical jargon. I need 30 ccs of gunovoemtricala-mala-ding-dong! STAT! He hands Dante over to Dr. Lisa and tells Sonny and Olivia that they need to stay out there. Olivia tells Steve Dante's name and says she's his mother. Sonny says he's the father and Epiphany hilariously drops a tray.

Carly welcomes Jason, Sam and the kids. Morgan runs off to find cake while Molly explains why they're late. Carly thinks Molly should fill up on sugar so she can send Molly home all hyper. Evil!

Kristina wonders where Sonny is. Michael tells her that he did tell Jax about Dominic and he'll be able to help.

Lisa and Steve are working on Dante outside of an OR. Sonny questions his parentage again. Olivia explains that she was protecting him. Sonny lists the reasons why he should have known mostly comparing Dante's good qualities with his own. Geesh. This guy. Steve thankfully interrupts the self-love by filling them in on Dante's condition. He tells them the bullet did major internal damage. He tells them he'll be doing the surgery with Dr. Niles but can't do anything until Dante stabilizes. Sonny wants to know if Dante will live. Steve can't make any guarantees.

Lulu marches up to Jason and demands to know why Dominic isn't there. He lies and says that Sonny had business and he doesn't know about Dominic.

Robin's phone rings. It's Sonny. He wants Robin and Patrick to come to the hospital right away. Olivia wants to know why he's calling in his own surgeons. He explains that Robin and Patrick are the best. Steve comes over and tells them he had to notify the police since a gun was involved.

Carly stops the Quartermaine gang and Luke from leaving. She graciously thanks them for coming.
Jane has had enough. Carly wants her to stay but she says the jet lag is getting to her and she wants to go to the hotel.
Spinelli steals Jason away from Sam. Jason tells Spinelli that he hasn't heard anything from Sonny.

The cops sit down next to Sonny. It's kinda weird. No one says anything to each other. They just wait. Robin and Patrick come in. He fills them in on the situation. Robin is pretty shocked. Patrick says they'll help. After Sonny leaves, Patrick informs Robin that he knew. She wants to know why he didn't tell her.

Carly opens presents. She finds an opportunity to undermine Alexis while she's not even there. Jason wants to leave but Sam tells him he has to say since he's the Godfather.

Soap cliche: bedside confessions! Olivia sits by Dante's bed and talks and talks and prays and talks some more. She wants Dante to fight and not become like his father and blah blah blah. Dante wakes up for a second. He wants Olivia to tell Lulu something but falls back asleep.

Sonny prays in the hospital church. He's such a fucking hypocrite though he actually owns up to his misdeeds. He thinks that God is punishing him. God's not that interested, Sonny.

Sonny comes in and asks Olivia if there's any change. She tells him that he woke up for a second. Steve pulls Olivia out as an excuse for Sonny to be alone with Dante. I mean, to get his medical records. Bedside confessions, part two! Sonny talks and talks. Dante opens his eyes slightly after hearing Sonny say he can't believe he's his son.

Carly opens a present that has a DVD. Morgan wants to watch it but Carly thinks it's probably just pictures and they'll watch it later. Morgan and Kristina take the dvd over to the other room and watch it on a laptop. Jason, Carly and Sam overhear what was on the DVD. It's Franco spewing off his monologue about how he was different.

Lulu is calling Dominic's cell again. She arrives at Sonny's to see all the blood all over the place.

Sonny informs Dante that he's his father with Olivia looking on. DUN!
