April 20 2010

We begin where we left off with Molly and Jason. She tells him all about RoadKill's dad. She doesn't care what happens to him, she just wants Mr. Bauer to disappear.

Roadkill's dad is not happy to find out that violence runs in the Davis family. Sam gets all ghetto on his ass. Hold me back man, hold me back! Lucky interjects. Roadkill's dad tells them that all three of them have obstructed justice and he can prove it.

New Michael!!! And he looks slightly older and a little like Spinelli...and like many others, I really don't get why they fired Drew Garrett unless it was a disciplinary thing that we just haven't heard about. Anyway, NuMichael is very happy to be at his new place. He tells Morgan on the phone all about it. Morgan tells him that he messed up at their dad's trial.

Sonny and Carly celebrate her victorious triumph on the stand as Dante and Claire watch. Claire tells Dante that they need Michael if they don't want Sonny to be acquitted.

Credits: NuMichael has replaced OldMichael.

Skye(!) arrives at her old lake house and introduces herself to Kristina. She tells Kristina that she used to take care of her when she was a baby.

Warren and Lucky argue about Kristina and her lies and etc. He thinks Kiefer was framed. Sam yells that he wasn't and that Kristina lied to protect RoadKill. Lucky can prove it but Warren ain't hearin' it. He vows to put Alexis in prison.

Jason sits Molly down and makes her understand how guilty she would feel if Mr. Bauer died. Molly knows why Kristina lied: to save Kiefer from being killed. She suggests scaring Mr. Bauer. Jason: "That would be illegal." Molly: "No offense, but you do illegal things". Heh. Smart girl. Jason admits he does but it's up to him to deal with those consequences. The music starts to get sappy and Jason reminisces about how Michael grew up and how it was wrong that he saw things he shouldn't see. And really, how are they fixing that with Morgan and Molly? Molly finally admits that it's not what she wants. It'd be a nice moment for Jason if it wasn't so damn hypocritical. And if it was a nice moment, Molly ruins it by butting into his personal life again.

Morgan tells NuMichael about the trial.

Dante thinks it's too late to find Michael. Claire says she can petition a 24 hour extension to find Michael.

Sonny tells Carly that the trial is pretty much over. Carly excuses herself to go see someone. Sonny goes back in the court room and asks Diane what they have. Diane loathes to admit she was wrong. She thinks Sonny will be acquitted.

Claire gives Dante two options: 1) She'll do her closing statement and Sonny will be a free man or 2) Dante finds Michael. Dante opts for #2. Claire is satisfied as a smiling Sonny looks on.

Ethan and Luke stare at the "ugly" (accounting) books and discuss how Tracy won't like it. Ethan seems down but Luke tells him he's been acquitted of everything he's been accused of and to get over it. Ethan says it's not over for Kristina. Luke rightfully says there's only so much sympathy he can work up for someone who lied and let an innocent man swing.

Skye tells Kristina about her daughter and she thanks Kristina for making her realize that she could raise a child. Skye remember that Alexis doesn't like her much and she admits that there's good reason. Kristina says she can relate to being unsympathetic. They discuss the attacks and the lies and the dead boyfriend and the... Skye offers to help. We still don't know why she's in town, do we?

Claire requests the 24 hour extension. Objection! The judge sort of agrees. Claire makes an impassioned speech about finding the truth.

Morgan let's Dante in. I guess that's why Michael so overtly announced exactly where he is to Morgan... Dante apologizes for not being able to help with Mr. Bauer. Morgan says he understands. They talk about the Yank...*snore*. Dante blatantly brings up Michael and "when he gets back". And it's just that easy....Morgan tells Dante where Michael is. Seriously, I thought this kid was smarter than that.

Luke doesn't want Ethan to beat himself up with it. Luke calls it like it is: Kristina was obnoxious. He reminds Luke that she got him thrown in prison which caused him to get beaten up. His bruises seem to be all gone, btw. Ethan still wishes he could have helped instead of yelling at her. And as if on cue, Skye stops by with Kristina. Kristina finally apologizes.

Carly arrives at Sonny's office to see Jason. They're happy about the trial.

Diane and Claire argue the 24 hour extension. Sonny doesn't understand. Diane explains to Sonny that 24 hours is one day. The judge has made a decision. He will give Claire the 24 hour extension.

Kristina asks for a moment alone with Ethan. Skye and Luke oblige. Kristina apologizes again but this time more sincerely and at length. He tells her a story about how he made a fool out of himself hitting on his best friend's older sister. She agrees it was a humiliating story. He apologizes as well for handling things poorly.

Alexis comes home to Molly. Sam appears on the couch... And Molly tells them both that Kristina went out with Skye. They're both surprised since they didn't know Skye was back in town. She says she'll check on Kristina later; she wants to know how her youngest is doing. Molly: "I didn't something really dumb." An exasperated Alexis puts her head in her hands and says, "Oh God, I can't take much more." HA! and HA! She asks Molly what she did. Molly tells them. Sam looks amused.

Carly tells Jason about Josselyn and Claire and the jury. He tells her that they moved Michael because Ronnie made it to the island but Ronnie didn't find Michael because of Jax. Aww, it's nice that Jason gave Jax the credit. I wondered if he would do that.

Court is adjourned for the day. Diane and Sonny whisper about Michael's location. Diane says she doesn't want to know. She thinks the 24 hour extension is a stall tactic.

Dante is on a plane. He remembers Morgan's words that he's glad Dante is his brother and feels the Catholic guilt.

Molly tries to explain. She says she asked Dante first. Sam makes sure that Jason turned her down. Molly confirms that. Alexis is all perplexed that these things could even enter her mind. Molly is just worried about her family. Molly excuses herself to do homework. Alexis worries about Molly since everyone Molly is related to/knows is involved with the mob or knows someone who is.

Jax visits Morgan with chocolate fudge. Mmmm. He tells Morgan that they had to move Michael but he already knows. He tells Jax that he messed up on the stand. Jax wants Morgan to know that whatever happens, he loves him and Michael and Josselyn. Morgan hopes that Jax and his mom don't break up.

Sonny antagonizes Claire. He blatantly threatens her and says Carly made her look like a fool. Claire thinks it was a nice portrayal of perjury. Sonny antagonizes her more. Get him, Claire! Get him!

Sam tries to console Alexis but Alexis thinks she's in trouble. She thinks Roadkill might have lived if she had called 911 sooner. Sam accuses Alexis of being a defeatist which is what she's basically acting like.

Lucky visits Ethan and Luke. He tells Luke that Warren wants to prove that Ethan is really the guilty party. Luke: "His son was a piece of crap and he should learn to live with it." Hee. Lucky reminds them that even though Ethan was exonerated, the DNA evidence still points to him.

Ding Dong at the Jax house. Claire is happy to see Jax. Morgan isn't happy to see Claire. He says he's going to his room. Instead, he hides and listens to Claire and Jax fighting about what she did to Morgan. Jax lies that he was at the island to possibly purchase it. Claire calls shenanigans. She tells him that Dante has a subpoena and will find Michael. Morgan listens...uh oh.

Carly and Jason clink to success when Sonny walks in. They all talk about Carly's brilliance. Sonny looks up and says thank you, presumably to God. But God is trying to help Dante locate Michael. Seriously, the plane is going awfully fast. Tailwind? Nah. Sonny tells them about the 24 hour extension.

NuMichael opens the door to Dante. NuMichael Corinthos, you got served!

-end
